Billingham Central Labour Team: Ann McCoy and Barry Woodhouse

There has never been a more important local election as our Council faces huge cuts in its budgets and our area needs strong people to stick up for our community.

Billingham Forum Redevelopment

Ann McCoy and Barry Woodhouse, have served the area for more than 40 years between them, we have a Labour team that will fight your corner as everything from police numbers to leisure services suffer under the Tory led Government.

They'll work to ensure that critical local services like street cleaning, refuse collection, job creation, bus services and environmental improvements are maintained.

With the Town Centre within their ward, Ann and Barry have seen some changes in recent years but with the new look Forum, new shops and two new supermarkets planned – one of them beside the Billingham Arms and new health facilities, it's clear the area has turned the corner.

Both Ann and Barry are proud of the improvements made to John Whitehead Park from their environmental money.

Much more however still needs to be done and they will be your voice in tough times and make things happen.
