Billingham East Labour Team: Mick Stoker and Evaline Cunningham
There has never been a more important local election as our Council faces huge cuts in its budgets and our area needs strong people to stick up for our community.

Mick Stoker, who has served the area for more than 20 years, being joined by Evaline Cunningham, we have a Labour team that will fight your corner as everything from police numbers to leisure services suffer under the Tory led Government.
They'll work to ensure that critical local services like street cleaning, refuse collection, job creation, bus services and environmental improvements are maintained.
Low Grange and Cowpen Estate have seen some changes in recent years with some new development and good environmental schemes developed by Mick and his former colleague, Alex Cunningham, now your MP. The town too is seeing great change with the new look Forum, new shops, two new supermarkets planned – one of them beside the Billingham Arms and we'll soon see an end to Billingham House.
Much more however still needs to be done and Mick and Evaline will be your voice in tough times and make things happen.
A strong, experienced team to work for Billingham

Mick is proud to have again been selected to fight for your vote and pledges to continue his hard work if reelected.
